Return policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorisation and confirm eligibility.

Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in the original packaging. Certain products (e.g. cut cable, custom or made-to-order items) may not be eligible for return. We will advise you when you request a return.
How to return
Contact us by phone or email with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions. Please pack items securely and send them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you when the refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, model, or product, we can often arrange an exchange. Contact us with your order details and what you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.
