Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Express options may be available—check at checkout or contact us.
Where available, we will send you tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Check your email or contact us with your order number for updates.
Yes. Local customers can arrange pickup from our Rouse Hill location. Select pickup at checkout or contact us to arrange a time.
Delivery options depend on the carrier and product size. Some items can be sent to PO boxes or lockers; larger or heavy items may require a street address. Contact us if you have specific requirements.
Returns & Refunds
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back to get a return authorisation and instructions. See our Returns page for full details.
Contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm eligibility, issue a return authorisation, and tell you where to send the goods. Please pack items securely and use a trackable service if possible.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Yes. We can often arrange an exchange for a different size, model, or product. Contact us with your order details and what you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.

You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you save addresses, view order history, and track orders more easily. It is optional for one-off purchases.
You can call us, email, or use the contact form on our website. For urgent enquiries, phone is fastest. Our team is available during business hours (Mon–Fri, Sydney time).
We are open Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm Sydney time. Orders placed outside these hours are processed on the next business day.
